Which countries are covered?

Coverage follows the current enabled country and freight rows in the admin shipping settings. The public shipping table on purchase and logistics guide is the safest current reference before checkout.

How is freight shown at checkout?

The checkout country or region is matched to the configured shipping rate. Current freight is added to the order amount when the product requires physical delivery. Digital or service-only items may not require SF receiver details.

How does tracking appear?

After the admin creates an SF International waybill, the order lookup page can show the waybill number. When SF API route events are pushed back, collection, transfer, customs, delivery, and exception updates are appended to the order record.
