Before Ordering

Confirm the machine model, installation space, power, and connection method first. The product page lists the current compatibility scope, price, stock, and delivery method. For non-Micra machines, contact support before ordering.

Installation and Daily Use

The remote and shot-dosing chip are electronic accessories. Disconnect power before installation. For setup, admin access, Wi-Fi, binding, and daily shot workflow, read the full online manual. For Micra PCBA wiring, also read the PCBA installation guide. After installation, keep delivery notes in order lookup.

Firmware and Maintenance

Different batches may use different firmware packages. If buttons, connectivity, or shot logic behave abnormally, check the OTA firmware maintenance page first. For service-designated versions, use the OTA firmware center. If the admin page is unavailable or OTA fails, use browser flashing as a recovery path.
